About your sweet cones
Each cone measures 30cm in total length and weighs approximately 70g. We fill our cones with high-quality sweets and finish them with metallic gold curling ribbon.
If you’d like to change the sweets in your mix, contact us before ordering. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
In unforeseen circumstances, we may replace a sweet with an equivalent product.

During heatwaves, we replace marshmallow with Foam Bananas in the Blue, Pink and Green mixes, and Foam Shrimps in Mixed Millions.
Personalisation
Choose your sweet mix, select your sticker and enter the wording you’d like printed. Include the birthday child’s name and any age you’d like added. Please check spelling before ordering.
Your personalised sticker is included free. You can choose “No Sticker Required” if you’re adding your own labels.
Missing personalisation details can delay dispatch. If we haven’t received your details within 12 hours of purchase, we’ll send generic “Happy Birthday” stickers to meet our dispatch timings.
Preparation & delivery
Planning a party? We recommend ordering 7–10 days before your celebration to give your treats time to arrive.
We prepare your sweet cones or bags fresh to order. For standard delivery, please allow three preparation days once your payment is complete. Choose Express - Rush my order for preparation and dispatch within one working day. We prepare and dispatch Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Every UK order is sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow your treats on their way. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.
Need your treats sooner? Express - Rush my order includes one working day of preparation, followed by an estimated 1–2 working days for delivery. Please allow 2–3 working days in total. Our estimated dates skip Sundays and UK bank holidays.
Planning a larger or custom order? Please allow seven to ten working days for us to prepare it. We may need a little extra time during busy periods.

For sweet cones, standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shelf life & storage
All sweet cones and sweet bags have at least nine months’ shelf life at the time of ordering.
If you’re ordering in advance, store them in a cool, dry place to keep them fresh for your celebration.

Contains cereals containing gluten. May contain nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk and soya.
Please check the allergen information before giving sweets to children. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from food allergies.
Millions and Double Lolly are not suitable for children under three because of the size of the sweets.
